1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PropPilot (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including account holders, team members, and visitors.

2. Account Registration

To use PropPilot, you must:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use PropPilot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Prohibited activities include:

  • Uploading false, misleading, or fraudulent lead information
  • Attempting to breach or circumvent security measures
  • Using the platform to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or automated data extraction
  • Sharing account access beyond your licensed team size

4. Subscription & Payments

PropPilot offers tiered subscription plans. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all lead, customer, and business data you enter into PropPilot. We claim no ownership over your data. You may export your data at any time. Upon account termination, we will retain your data for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, design, logos, and content provided by PropPilot are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

PropPilot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
